How does consigning work?

Bring in your gently loved clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Our team carefully reviews each item and selects pieces that align with our current needs and standards. Accepted items are priced and displayed for sale, and you earn e-transfer or store credit when they sell.

What brands do you accept?

We focus on quality brands, premium fabrics, current styles, and timeless wardrobe staples. Acceptance is based on condition, style, seasonality, and current inventory needs.

Do I need an appointment to consign?

No appointment is required unless otherwise noted. Before bringing in your items, please check our Drop-Off Status to see if we're accepting consignment that day.

How do I get paid?

When your items sell, you'll receive either e-transfer or store credit according to our current consignment program.

What condition should my items be in?

Items should be freshly laundered, free from stains, odours, excessive wear, pilling, or damage. We are looking for pieces that are ready for their next owner.

How often do new arrivals come in?

Daily. New inventory is added every day, both in-store and online, which means there's always something new to discover.

Do you accept returns?

Of course! You always have 7 days for exchange or in store credit.
